Registration Details

The Registration fee includes administration costs, coffee breaks, and lunch. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to Paypal. You DO NOT have to be a member of Paypal, you can just proceed to payment without logging on. If you have any problems, please contact the secretariat who will send a form.

Registrations will be accepted right up until the meeting. We do appreciate you registering prior to the meeting for logistical purposes such as room size and catering and if you would like an attractive name badge.

From NOW ON (1st May), all those choosing to pay by bank transfer or cheque MUST SEND A COPY of the cheque or bank receipt by FAX or email to confirm registration otherwise registration will not be confirmed and you will not be expected.

As space is limited due to room size, the meeting may sell out, so register soon.
