Conference Details

The language of the conference will be ENGLISH. There will be no translation services available.

If you would like to also attend the Human Variome Project Forum that will be held on the 10th Nov. (i.e. the day before this meeting in the same venue) you should take out a co-registration package.

Conference venue

The conference will be held at The Hilton Garden Inn Center City, which is opposite the convention centre where the ASHG meeting will be held. It is as a Satellite meeting to the American Society of Human Genetics annual meeting.

Accommodation

If you are attending the ASHG meeting, please use the housing booking website to make your arrangements. Alternatively, please make your own hotel bookings, as we will not be arranging hotel bookings for you.

Location & transport

Philadelphia is easily accessible from all major US and International cities.

Airport

The airport is located eight miles from downtown Philadelphia and is served by all major domestic carries and services over 100 cities in the United States. The International terminal is a gateway for flights from Europe, and Canada with connections to Asia.

A one-way taxi fare from the airport to downtown is around $27.

Train
